The handle is comfortable, not bulky, and the buttons are easy to find when half asleep. I like that the motor feels strong but doesn’t rattle my jaw. I usually overbrush and the light keeps me honest. After three weeks my gums look less red and my breath is better in the mornings.

I use this twice a day with the medium head and my mouth feels cleaner for longer. The handle doesn’t collect gunk around the buttons which was a problem on my last brush. The pressure warning stopped me from sawing at my gums. It’s a good balance of features without going overboard.

I used to brush hard because that squeaky sound tricked me into thinking it was clean. This taught me to let the vibrations do the work, and my gums are less puffy now. I clumsily dropped it in the sink the first week and it kept going, no issue. The vibrations feel smooth, and the sound is more of a hum than a buzz. I appreciate there’s no flashy screen to break. Customer service was helpful when I asked about replacement heads. They pointed me to a subscription but didn’t push it which I respect. The brush itself feels balanced in the hand and the pressure warning is bright enough to catch in the mirror. After a month my gums look less red and my partner noticed.
