When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I have braces and needed gentler brushing around the brackets. The included soft head plus the gentle mode keep my gums from getting sore. I like that it buzzes to tell me when to move to the next area since I tend to zone out in the morning. It charges on my bathroom counter without taking up much space and I haven’t had any weird splattering like my last brand. Not perfect but really solid.

I bought this after my hygienist told me to stop scrubbing so hard. The pressure sensor is the feature I didn’t know I needed, because it lights up when I push too much and I instantly back off. I rotate between sensitive during the week and the deep clean mode on Sundays, and the included soft head has been great for my receding gums. Battery life has been excellent so far and the little travel case fits neatly in my gym bag. No app, no weird syncing, just click and brush.
