When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

My teen daughter and I share the handle with different heads and it works out well. She uses sensitive and I use clean or deep depending on coffee days. The quad timer makes me actually brush the full time instead of rushing and the pressure cue taught her not to scrub. We both like the soft matte finish because it’s not slippery. So far zero issues with charging and the light indicators are easy to understand.

After a month in my routine I can say my mouth feels cleaner and my gums are calmer. I like the built in timer with the pauses because it reminds me to switch sides without looking at a clock. Having soft, medium, and firm heads included was a nice touch since my partner prefers the soft one and I like medium. It is also quieter than my last electric brush.
