When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Shipping was quick and the packaging was simple to open, no scissors fight. First charge took about three hours and I haven’t had to plug in again after daily use. I travel twice a month and the case actually fits a spare head and a tiny tube of paste so my dopp kit is less messy. Cleaning mode is my default but the polish one helps with tea stains on my front teeth. No app nonsense which I truly appreciate.

After two weeks my coffee stains look lighter and my gums stopped bleeding. I didn’t realize how much I was scrubbing with my old manual brush until the light kept warning me the first few days. I switched from a basic manual brush because my hygienist said I was brushing too hard. The pressure sensor on this thing blinks right away if I push, so I finally stopped scraping my gums. I rotate soft in the mornings and the deeper mode at night, and the difference on my back molars is obvious. The travel case is nice for work trips and the battery hasn’t died on me yet after two weeks. No app to mess with, just a button and it works.

Cleans fine but the travel case latch feels a bit flimsy and the handle shows water spots. Also wish the mode beep was quieter at 6 am. Not a deal breaker, just mildly annoying.

Cleans fine but the vibration pattern takes me a week to get used to and the mode lights are kind of dim. Also the travel case latch is a little fiddly, not a deal breaker just mildly annoying.

After a month of daily use my gums are less tender and my teeth feel smooth all the time. I keep it in the bathroom charger but honestly I barely need to charge it. The travel case came with me on a work trip and nothing rattled around in my suitcase. I appreciate that there’s no app or weird account stuff, just pick a mode and brush. Medium head plus the pressure alert is my new normal.

I ordered one for me and then my dad wanted to try it, so now we share the handle with our own heads color coded. The timer and the little pressure alert basically retrained both of us to stop scrubbing like we’re polishing a pan. My dad likes the firm head, I stick with medium. We rinse it and chuck it in the travel case when we visit my sister and haven’t needed to charge mid trip yet. Teeth feel super smooth every time.
