It’s not bulky and the lid snaps tight so the brush stays clean. I like that there is no app to set up or account to make. Customer service was surprisingly responsive when I asked about extra heads. They pointed me to a pack with all three types and it arrived quickly. The brush itself is quiet enough that I can use it with the baby sleeping in the next room. I really like the pressure light because it keeps me gentle and my teeth still feel super smooth. Zero need for an app or complicated setup which is exactly what I wanted.
