When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Cleans fine but the travel case clicks a bit when I walk and it bugs me in my backpack. Also wish the light was a different color because in my bathroom it blends in, minor annoyances but kinda meh for the price.

I travel for work and needed something that could live in a carry on without getting grimy. The case is solid and keeps the spare heads organized, and the charger is compact. After a month my gums feel calmer and I’m not seeing that red line when I spit. I like that there’s no app to set up or update. It’s literally pick a mode, brush, done. Not fancy, just does the job.

Cleans fine but the vibration noise is a bit higher pitched than I like and the button light is bright at night. I wish the travel case had a tiny space for toothpaste, not a deal breaker but kinda annoying.

Bought it before a work trip and the travel case ended up being my favorite part since everything stayed organized. I used the soft head after a filling and it did not irritate the area which was a relief. The brush has a gentle buzz that is not harsh and the timer nudges me to move zones.
