When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

We keep it on the sink and both my wife and I use our own heads. Color rings are easy to tell apart. She likes sensitive mode and I use deep clean, so the five modes actually matter for us. The light warning stopped me from pressing like I used to, and my gums look less puffy now. Only note is I wish the charge cord was just a tad longer, but the battery lasts long so not a big deal.

Dentist mentioned I was missing along the gumline, so I tried this device. The sonic buzz took a day to get used to, then it felt normal and now kind of relaxing. I like the polish mode on coffee days and then switch back to gentle if my gums feel tender. The included heads are labeled which helps, I put the firm one aside for once a week. After a month of use my sensitive spots hurt less and my gums look less red. I mostly use the second mode with the soft head, then switch to medium on weekends. The built in timer nudges me to move around my mouth and the light tells me when I’m pressing like a gorilla, which I used to do. Charging is straightforward and I only did it once since I bought it. Not perfect, but really good for daily use.
