As a new mom my routine is chaos, so anything that makes brushing automatic is a win. The timer breaks it up into chunks and I can pause quick if the baby cries, then start back up where I left off. i brush 2x day mostly on gentle and my gums stop bleeding finally, the light told me hey too hard chill and i did and now fine. travel case not flimsy. like it lots.

I actually emailed customer service about which head to start with and they replied the same day with a friendly explanation. Ended up using medium most of the time and soft for sore days. I don’t need to think about it much, just brush and go. It’s rare I review a toothbrush but this one fits my routine perfectly.

After a month my morning breath isn’t as strong and I think the polish mode is part of it. I used to push hard with other brushes and my gums would sting.
