When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

As someone with sensitive spots I was nervous to switch, but the gentle setting is actually gentle. I started there and moved to clean mode after a few days. The pulses feel even and there’s a faint pause that reminds me to move to the next area which keeps me honest. Battery life has been strong and I like having spare heads right away. My breath seems better by lunchtime which is a nice bonus.

Bought it for my college kid and ended up getting one for myself after trying it during a visit. The medium head feels balanced and doesn’t flick water everywhere like our old brush. I didn’t read the manual and still figured out all five modes in a minute. After six weeks the battery indicator finally blinked which is better than I expected. Only small gripe is I wish the travel case had a tiny spot for toothpaste but it protects the handle really well.

Took this on a work trip to Denver and appreciated the travel case more than I expected. It kept the heads from getting dirty and the charger cable fits in the little slot. I didn’t bring the charger because folks said the battery lasts, and it did for six days with two brushes per day. The vibration is strong but not harsh. Only nitpick is the mode button is easy to tap when I’m rinsing.
