We’re a family of four so the included soft, medium, and firm heads were a selling point. My kid with sensitive gums uses the soft mode and it’s the first time brushing hasn’t ended in complaints. Battery life is solid and we haven’t had to scramble for a charger mid week. The clean feeling around the gumline is noticeably better than our old brand.

Customer service helped me figure out the first charge since I’m impatient and tried to use it out of the box. They were quick and polite by chat.
