When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I bought one for my college kid and kept the firm head for myself, kind of a funny split but it worked. Shipping was quick and the box wasn’t wasteful. The unit feels sturdy and not creaky, buttons have a nice click. In the morning I use the whitening style mode and I can feel it getting between teeth where floss missed. It’s not too loud and doesn’t wake the baby, which is a big deal here.

After a crown last year I got picky about brushing and this device just fits my routine. Two minutes with the standard mode in the morning then whitening mode before bed, and I switch to the soft head if my mouth feels sensitive. The handle is easy to rinse clean and not slippery. I like that it remembers my last setting so I don’t have to cycle through every time. I can feel less plaque around the molars for sure.

Bought this for a work trip because my previous brush died mid travel and I did not want to deal with an app again. Setup took one minute. I alternate between whitening and clean modes depending on coffee intake. The motor is strong but not rattly and the handle feels solid. Battery went 18 days before I bothered charging. Only wish the indicator lights were a bit brighter in my dim bathroom.
