When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on white mode. The built in timer keeps every session honest, so results stay on schedule.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle runs a two minute session and pulses every 30 seconds so you know when to move to the next quadrant. When time is up it just switches off. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the timer, the pacing, pressure protection, the little display. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the drive, the sensors, and the charging dock, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I tried the firm head once and it was a bit much for daily use, but keeping it around for after pizza nights works. Day to day I stick to soft or medium and the results are solid. The quiet motor makes it easy to watch a show while brushing without turning up the volume. The travel case is sturdy and didn’t pop open in my backpack. This device just fits into my routine. I keep the charger in the kitchen where I charge my phone and plug it in every couple of weeks when the light blinks. My hygienist recommended an electric brush and this one caught my eye because it came with a case for travel. I’m on the road a lot for work and everything stays organized, even the spare head. The motor feels strong but the soft head doesn’t beat up my gums. I appreciate that it remembers the last mode used so I don’t have to cycle each time.
