I drink a lot of tea and get buildup near my gums. After a few days with this in clean mode I could feel less roughness with my tongue. The included heads let me experiment and now I stick to medium most days. The gentle pulse when I press too hard is a nice safety net. Easy to rinse and it dries quickly on the counter.
