When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I ordered it during a sale and it came well packed. I had an older sonic brush that rattled and sprayed everywhere, but this one has a smoother buzz and doesn’t fling toothpaste in my mirror as much. I live in a small apartment and I like things that just work. This one has five modes but I really only use two and that’s fine. The medium brush head is my daily pick, and on Sundays I switch to firm to feel extra polished. The timer pulses keep me moving around my mouth evenly. Charging is straightforward, no weird dock to lose. Only wish the indicator light was a bit brighter in my bathroom.
