When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I compared it to my husband’s older electric brush and this one is quieter and lighter. The five modes sound like a lot but honestly I use two and that’s fine. What sold me is the pressure warning because my front teeth are sensitive and I can keep it gentle there then move to a stronger pass on the molars. After about two weeks the fuzzy film I used to feel in the morning is gone. Only wish the indicator light was a tad brighter in my dim bathroom.

After a month of use my coffee stains are less noticeable and my gums don’t bleed anymore. I used to press way too hard so the light warning really helps me chill out. My partner uses the medium head and I stick with soft, so the extra heads actually get used. Charging is simple and I only need to plug it in every 10 days or so. Overall it feels sturdy and cleans fast.

Swapping from my old brand was easy and the difference was obvious on day one. My teeth feel polished along the gumline, and I’m not getting that little twinge on my front tooth anymore because I use the sensitive mode there. The handle is balanced and doesn’t rattle around. I tossed it into the travel case for a weekend wedding and nothing came loose. The included heads mean I won’t need to buy refills for a while which was a nice surprise.
