I usually hate electric brushes because they tickle, but this one feels smooth and not harsh. I use the gentle mode for most of the week and bump it up after popcorn nights. I bought it for my daughter who just got her first apartment. I had tartar buildup along the lower teeth and my hygienist commented this month how much better it looked. I’ve been using the strong mode every other night and gentle the rest. The battery life has been excellent. Also the charging cord fits my phone brick which is handy. The firm head surprised me by not feeling scratchy at all.
