When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Been using it for a month and honestly my breath in the mornings is fresher and my coffee stains look lighter. I run the whitening mode a couple times a week and the normal mode otherwise. The pressure guidance taught me I was a clencher, so now I’m more gentle and I don’t get that ache after brushing. The case came in clutch on a camping trip, kept the brush clean in the bag with the snacks.

Bought it after my brother recommended it and I’m glad I did. I travel for sales work and the compact case fits in my carry on without getting the bristles crushed. The five modes are a bit more than I need, but I settled on clean for weekdays and polish on Sunday nights.
