I bought this for my college kid and ended up getting one for myself after trying it. It’s quiet enough not to wake anyone, the timer pulses are clear, and the clean feels thorough without leaving my gums angry. I love the simple design because I do not want to fiddle with a phone in my bathroom. One button, five modes, and it just works. The travel case fits the handle and two heads, which I take to the gym. After a month the polish mode leaves my teeth super smooth, and my breath seems fresher longer. The design is straightforward which I appreciate. One button cycles through the modes and you can feel the change in intensity right away. I have sensitive gums and the gentle setting does not make them throb like my last brush. The medium head is my daily driver. I noticed less fuzzy feeling on my teeth at 3 pm when I usually crave gum.

I’m a frequent traveler and needed something that wouldn’t die on a long weekend. This survived a 6 day conference on one charge with two brushes a day. The case has room for an extra head and keeps it from turning on in my bag. Cleaning performance is excellent with the firm head when I’ve been snacking on sweets, but I swap to soft if my gums feel tender. It feels like a thoughtful design without extra fluff.

Customer service answered a quick question about brush head replacements within a day which gave me confidence. The included three heads were enough to find my favorite and keep a spare. As someone with crowns and a couple sensitive spots, I appreciate how gentle this can be while still leaving my teeth squeaky. The pressure sensor stopped me from digging into the gumline which I used to do. I like the neutral design and that the charger is compact. We took it on a road trip and never had to plug it in once.
