When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

My wife laughs because I actually look forward to brushing now. The vibration feels smooth, not harsh, and it doesn’t spray water everywhere like my last one. Pressure indicator saved me from the heavy hand I used to have. I took it on a 5 day work trip and didn’t even pack the charger, still had juice when I got back. After a few weeks I can say this fits my routine better than my previous brush with an app that I never opened. I use sensitive mode in the morning and deep clean at night, and swap heads every couple days if my gums feel tender. The handle has a nice balance and doesn’t slip when wet. Battery life is excellent, went through a long work trip without packing the charger and still had power when I got home. Support was also quick to answer a question about replacement heads.

I travel for work about twice a month and the battery life has been a nice surprise. I charge it before a trip and it lasts the whole time with room to spare. The case is compact and stops the head from getting squished in my bag. On weekdays I use clean mode, on Sundays I switch to a more powerful setting to tackle coffee stains.
