When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

My spouse rolled their eyes when I bought another toothbrush, but after a week they tried it and ordered one too. We both use different modes which is nice. I’m on the whitening setting after coffee, and they prefer gentle at night. The brush feels sturdy without being heavy. The grip is not slippery even when my hands are wet. Rinses clean and stands upright. I like that replacement heads come in three firmness options because my front teeth are touchy.

My kid has braces and we were looking for something easy to understand. The pressure sensor is helpful since he pushes too hard when he’s in a hurry for school. The five modes were a bit much at first, but we figured out two we actually use. Battery life is excellent and we haven’t lost the charger thanks to the travel case. Customer support answered a brush head question quickly.
