After a month of use my sensitive spots hurt less and my gums look less red. I mostly use the second mode with the soft head, then switch to medium on weekends. The built in timer nudges me to move around my mouth and the light tells me when I’m pressing like a gorilla, which I used to do. Charging is straightforward and I only did it once since I bought it. After two weeks it fits right into my night routine. I brush while my coffee brews in the morning and the timer pulses keep me moving around my mouth better than I used to.
