I have braces and most brushes either tickle too much or feel rough, but this one is balanced. The pressure sensor blinks when I get lazy and start mashing on the brackets, which probably saved me a wire repair. I like the simple design mindset here. Five modes sound like a lot but each one has a clear feel and I can tell the difference. The pressure feedback made me realize I scrubbed the fronts way harder than the backs. Now everything feels even. I bought this after my old electric died during vacation and honestly I like this one more. The travel case is sturdy and kept the head clean in my backpack, and the battery lasted the whole 8 day trip. I appreciate that the buttons are simple with clear labels.
