When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Bought this for my mom and she called me to say it made her teeth feel smooth again. She uses the gentle mode because her gums are delicate, and she likes that the handle is not slippery. We practiced swapping heads over FaceTime and it was easy. I checked in a week later and she still hadn’t recharged it. That says a lot about the battery.

The quadrant timer makes me slow down which is what my hygienist always nags me about. I like that I can switch to firm when I feel plaque building and then back to soft if my gums are tired. The charging port means I can use the same cable as my tablet. After three weeks my partner said my teeth look brighter which felt nice. I’m keeping this in my routine.

The design is straightforward which I appreciate. One button cycles through the modes and you can feel the change in intensity right away. I have sensitive gums and the gentle setting does not make them throb like my last brush. The medium head is my daily driver. I noticed less fuzzy feeling on my teeth at 3 pm when I usually crave gum.

After switching, flossing hurts less which I think means I stopped mashing my gums, the indicator really trains you fast, and the brush feels sturdy without being heavy so my hand doesn’t get tired.
