When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I’m a coffee and tea person and I was starting to notice dullness. After two weeks with this device my teeth look brighter at the edges and my hygienist said less plaque this time. The five modes seemed like a lot but I ended up rotating them depending on how my mouth feels. Timer is subtle and not annoying. I would buy another for my college kid.

Customer service answered a quick question for me about replacement heads and sent a link within an hour, which made me feel good about the purchase. I picked this up after seeing a friend’s and I’m happy with it so far. It is quieter than my old unit and I feel less vibration in my hand which makes the two minute timer easier to stick with. The mix of soft and firm heads let my partner and me share the base without arguments. The only small thing is I wish the mode lights were a bit brighter in our dim bathroom but not a deal breaker. Overall it cleans well and stays out of my way.
