When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I live in a small apartment and appreciate that the charging base isn’t huge. I get two weeks easy before I even think about charging. The timer shutoff means I don’t overbrush which I used to do. My gums are less puffy and I’m not seeing lines of plaque along the gum anymore. Easy to recommend to friends who don’t want extra fuss.

I’m that person who wants a clean but not a bunch of features I won’t use. This hits that balance. Five modes are there if I need them, but daily mode plus the soft head is my routine. My gums look less red now. I like not having to sign into anything to brush. Charging has been painless and I don’t think about it much.

I have sensitive gums so I notice right away when something is too aggressive. This brush is strong but controlled and the warning when I push too hard really changes things. I switched to the soft bristles and now I can brush the full two minutes without soreness. Recharge every 10 days or so and it’s back to full. I’d recommend it to anyone with gum issues.

Three heads in the box saved me from guessing what to buy later. I started with soft because my gums were tender from braces, then moved to medium and it’s been perfect.
