Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.

I bought one for me and one for my teenage son since he brushes too hard. The pressure sensor was the feature I wanted and it works as advertised, he actually commented the light keeps him honest. He uses the powerful mode and I stick with gentle and medium, so the multiple heads included were perfect. The handle has a nice grip, not slippery, and cleaning it is simple.
