When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I travel for work 3 to 4 days a week and the included case is honestly the reason I picked it. It holds the handle and two heads neatly and doesn’t pop open in my backpack. The sonic cleaning is solid and the timer helps me not rush when I’m tired. The pressure light blinked at me a lot the first nights, but now I rarely trigger it. Only small quirk is the default mode is a bit strong for me, so I switch to sensitive.

Shipping was quick and everything came packed tidy in the travel case, which I ended up using for a weekend soccer tournament. The brush felt strong on the deep clean mode but didn’t make my fillings buzz like my old one did. The timer pulses are easy to feel so I move around my mouth without thinking about it. My husband tried the firm head and liked it, I stuck with medium. Only tiny thing is the handle gets a little slick with toothpaste, I just rinse and towel it.
