When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I’m forgetful and skip charging things, but this battery lasts long enough that it doesn’t matter. Modes are clearly labeled, and the medium head feels just right. I appreciate the simple instruction card. My only tiny nitpick is the indicator light could be bigger. Still an easy recommend.

Had a chat with customer service about how often to replace the heads and they were friendly and clear. The device itself is super straightforward, one button to cycle modes and a long press to turn off which I learned by accident. The sensitive mode was a lifesaver after a filling, then I went back to normal. Battery life is excellent and the handle doesn’t slip even with toothpaste foam everywhere. My teen stole it twice so I ended up ordering another.

Soft head plus sensitive mode became my morning ritual after a wisdom tooth extraction. It was gentle enough that I did not dread brushing that area but still cleared the fuzz feeling. At night I go with the deeper setting and feel that squeaky clean on the back molars. Battery life has been excellent with charging only once since purchase three weeks ago.

I’m a coffee drinker and I used to get that filmy feel mid afternoon. After two weeks with this I notice it a lot less. I like that the modes are distinct without being confusing. The button cycles smoothly and the handle is balanced so my wrist doesn’t get tired.
