I had gum grafts last year and was very nervous about power brushes. The sensitive mode on this is legitimately gentle and the pressure sensor encouraged me to relax. I also appreciate the selection of heads in the box, I started with soft and worked up to medium over a month. Battery life is excellent, I charged it once and forgot about it. My dentist gave me a thumbs up at my cleaning.

My schedule is messy so I appreciate that the battery just keeps going. I charged on Sunday and forgot about it till the next weekend and it still had power. The firm head is good after curry nights, but I live on the soft head most days. Solid little tool for daily care.

My spouse and I share the handle and use different heads, so getting three types in the box was perfect.
