Customer support helped me register it in two minutes which was a nice surprise. I had a small question about the light that flashes during pressure alerts and they explained it clearly. Since then I’ve actually stopped getting that sore feeling near my molars. Battery has been great and I only think about charging on Sundays. I didn’t expect to notice such a big difference compared to my old electric. After a week my teeth felt smoother especially behind the lower front where plaque builds up.
