When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

My partner noticed the handle doesn’t vibrate up into your hand as much as our old one did. It’s more comfortable, especially at night when I’m tired. I like the soft mode when my gums feel puffy after popcorn. The charging base is small and unobtrusive. Good buy.

First week I kept switching modes just to test and ended up sticking to daily most of the time. The gentle one saved me after a popcorn mishap that made my gums sore. Battery still showed full after six days which is wild. I like that the head doesn’t spray toothpaste everywhere like my old brush did.

I have braces on my lower teeth and this cleans around them better than my manual. I use the deep mode once a day and the gentle mode if my gums feel tender. The grip is not slippery even when I’m half asleep. I charged it fully when it arrived and it’s still going strong after ten days. I’m actually excited to brush which is weird for me.

Customer service answered a quick question about replacement heads within an hour, which was nice. The brush itself is straightforward, a single button to cycle modes, and the battery indicator is clear. I appreciate the included firm head for the nights I eat taffy and feel like I need extra oomph. After a month my gums don’t bleed and I haven’t had any soreness at all.
