The brush works fine but the travel case latch is a bit stiff and I struggle opening it with wet hands. Also wish the indicator light was brighter in my dim bathroom, small annoyances.

When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Cleans fine but the mode light is a bit dim in my super bright bathroom so I squint to see which setting I’m on. Also wish the travel case hinge opened a tad wider. Not deal breakers, just mildly annoying.

I am in braces at 37 and needed something that could get around brackets without pain. The soft head with gentle mode has been perfect, and on days when I eat popcorn by mistake I switch to a stronger setting to feel extra clean. The real time pressure feedback is subtle but enough to keep me from mashing the brush into the wires. I charged it a week ago and still going strong. The travel case fits my floss picks and a tiny tube of paste which makes it easy to toss in my purse.

Cleans fine but the mode button is a bit clicky loud and the tiny icons are hard to read without my glasses. Also wish the travel case had a little space for toothpaste, minor annoyance.
