When will I feel a difference?

Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.

What are the five modes?

Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.

How does the smart timer work?

The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.

How do I charge it?

With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.

Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?

Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

My teenager actually brushes longer now because the timer makes it kind of a challenge and he likes clicking through the modes. We share the handle and use different heads which click on tight and color bands help us tell them apart. The travel case saved us during a camping weekend since it kept the heads clean inside the cooler bag. It is not fancy but it does its job and the battery still had juice after a week away.

Shipping was quick and the packaging wasn’t wasteful which I liked. Out of the box it had some charge so I tried it right away and noticed the timer pause every 30 seconds helping me not camp out on the same spot.
