When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Got this after my sister raved about it and I’m glad I listened. It cleans better along the gumline than my old brand and doesn’t make my hand tingle. I like how the heads click on firmly, no wobble. The build quality surprised me because the handle feels dense and balanced. I rotate the soft and medium heads depending on if I ate something sugary that day. The whitening mode is subtle but I can see a difference around my front teeth after two weeks. I appreciate that it is quiet enough not to wake my kid during the early morning. Cleaning the head and base is quick and nothing grows gross around the seal.

I like that I can switch to a firmer head right before whitening strips and then go back to soft the rest of the week. Handle is easy to wipe and doesn’t keep toothpaste crust. The two minute routine has me flossing more because I’m already standing there. Overall very happy with the purchase.
