When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I’ve been using it for a month and brushing feels more consistent. The pacing pulses make me move around my mouth instead of staying on the easy spots. I like that there are five modes because my wife prefers softer and I like a stronger setting, so we both use the same handle with different heads. Charging once every couple of weeks is all I need. No app prompts or weird screens, just a button and a light which I honestly prefer.

After two weeks I can say my mouth feels cleaner between cleanings and my breath lasts longer in the morning. I pressed too hard the first few days and the light kept flashing at me which was eye opening. Once I relaxed my grip it felt way better on my gums. The different heads are a bonus because my partner prefers the firm one and I stick to medium, easy to tell apart with the colored rings. I’d buy again.

My teen and I share the handle with different heads and it’s been surprisingly convenient. He likes the stronger mode and I prefer the gentle one because of braces.
