When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

The first night I used the soft head because my gums are fussy, then I stepped up to medium on day three. The pressure sensor is actually useful and kind of trained me to stop grinding the brush into my teeth. The handle is lightweight which makes the two minute sessions easy. Only thing I’d change is the mode button could be slightly larger. Still a strong buy.

I bought this for travel and ended up using it at home full time. The case snaps shut tight and keeps the spare heads in place. The medium head is my daily pick, but when my gums feel tender I drop to the soft one. I like that there’s no app to fiddle with, just pick a mode and go. Only minor gripe is the manual is tiny print, but set up was still straightforward.

My son has braces and we were looking for something that wouldn’t make his gums angry. The pressure sensor kept him from mashing the brackets and the smaller soft head actually fits around the wires better than our previous brand. We keep the travel case in his sports bag so he can brush after practice. So far so good.
