When will I feel a difference?

Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on white mode. The built in timer keeps every session honest, so results stay on schedule.

How does the smart timer work?

The handle runs a two minute session and pulses every 30 seconds so you know when to move to the next quadrant. When time is up it just switches off. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.

Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?

Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the timer, the pacing, pressure protection, the little display. Charge it, brush, done.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

The handle, the drive, the sensors, and the charging dock, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

My old electric brush rattled and sprayed everywhere, this one is way more controlled. The pressure alert saved me because I used to grind the bristles flat in a week. Now the brush head is holding up and my dentist said keep doing what you’re doing. Battery is still at two bars after 10 days.

Customer support was surprisingly friendly when I asked about replacement heads. They sent a link and tips on which one to use for sensitive teeth. I bought this after my dentist said I was brushing too hard and wearing my gums. Got this for my college dorm and it has been solid. I go home on weekends and the travel case snaps shut tight so the head stays clean in my duffel. The medium head is my favorite and I’ve noticed less coffee breath. I also like that it reminds me to ease up when I zone out during finals week.
