When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I have small hands and this handle is comfy, not chunky. The timer pulses make me cover the back molars which I used to rush. I swap to whitening before events and notice a little extra shine. Easy recommendation.

The vibrations are a bit tickly on my lips on the highest mode so I avoid it. I still use it daily, just wish the strong setting felt smoother.

Customer service helped me figure out the first charge since I’m impatient and tried to use it out of the box. They were quick and polite by chat. Now that it’s set up I rotate the heads weekly just to test and honestly all three feel good in different ways. My mouth feels refreshed in the morning without that fuzzy layer. Solid purchase.

My brother teased me for buying another gadget, then borrowed it and ordered his own. We both like the way the head shape reaches the back without gagging. The signal to change zones is subtle but it trains you quick. I even noticed less coffee taste lingering in the afternoon. Good sign.

After a month I notice less bleeding when flossing which I think is from not pressing so hard while brushing. I use medium head most days and firm when I eat sticky stuff. The charger is small and doesn’t wobble. Solid purchase overall.
