When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I forgot to charge it for two weeks and it still had juice, which impressed me. The clean feels consistent and the gum mode is a nice massage at night. My spouse noticed my teeth look a little brighter without me saying anything. That’s a win in my book.

For the first week I kept switching modes just to see, then settled into gentle AM and deep clean PM. The difference in how smooth the back molars feel is kind of wild. My husband commented that my breath seems fresher in the morning. It’s quiet enough that it doesn’t wake him. Battery is still showing strong after many uses.

i was skeptical at first ngl but after 4 days my teeth feel way smoother. i used to press down too hard and the little alert blinked like crazy the first night lol now it barely does. battery still going and i keep the soft head on for mornings then switch to medium at night. good stuff simple.

The first brush felt a little tickly but by day three I was used to it and actually like the feeling now. I do two minutes on clean and then tap over to polish for a quick finish. The handle is not slippery even when soap got on it. I also appreciate that the base doesn’t take up the whole outlet area on my small sink shelf. Good overall.
