When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I travel for work two times a month and the case has actually held up in my backpack. I like that it has five modes because I use a stronger setting at night and the gentle one in the morning when my gums feel tender. The handle is easy to rinse, no weird gaps. I bought this after my hygienist told me to ease up on pressure. The built in sensor blinks when I push too hard, which I did more than I realized. After two weeks, my gums stopped bleeding and morning breath is less gross. I use the standard mode in the morning and sensitive at night, and I like that I can change heads depending on how my mouth feels after coffee. It charges fast and I only had to plug it in once so far.

I’m a night brusher and usually rush it, but the quad pacer makes me slow down. Each area gets its turn and I notice way less tartar near my bottom front teeth now. The firm head is great after BBQ nights, then I switch to soft when my gums feel grumpy. The handle has a nice grip and doesn’t slip with toothpaste foam. After two months it still holds a strong charge.
