When will I feel a difference?

Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.

What are the five modes?

Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.

How does the smart timer work?

The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.

How do I charge it?

With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.

Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?

Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Bought this after my hygienist suggested something gentler. The soft head and sensitive mode are perfect when my gums feel tender, but I switch to the deeper clean on Sundays. I like that there’s no app to set up since I already have too many. The charger is small and fits on a crowded bathroom counter. I’ve used it for six weeks and the battery still shows plenty. Only tiny nitpick is I had to read the card to figure out the modes at first.

Shipping was quick and the box had everything laid out simple, three heads plus the case. I like the smooth finish on the handle and the button is easy to press even with wet hands.
