Customer support helped me figure out the pressure light in like five minutes, very friendly. I misread the little guide and thought it was defective, but nope I was just pressing like a maniac. Since easing up my gums stopped bleeding and the clean feels just as good. The battery indicator seems accurate and I only charge every 10 days or so. Overall very happy and keeping it in my gym bag when I shower there.

My teen has braces and I grabbed this for him after the orthodontist warned about over brushing. The pressure sensor light has been great training, and he uses the soft head most days.
