When will I feel a difference?

Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.

What are the five modes?

Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.

How does the smart timer work?

The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.

How do I charge it?

With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.

Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?

Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Switched from a basic manual brush and the difference was obvious on day one. The sonic vibration loosened stuff between teeth that floss usually gets, and the timer cues keep me from rushing. I used the firm head once for a deep clean and then settled on medium for daily use. The grip is comfy with wet hands and it hasn’t slipped in the sink. For the price it feels well built.

Cleans fine but I wish the mode lights were brighter, kind of hard to see without my glasses. The travel case hinge also feels a bit flimsy. Not a deal breaker, just small annoyances for the price.
