When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I bought this after my old brush died mid vacation and I wanted something that travels well. The included case actually fits the handle and two heads without rattling around, so it stayed clean in my backpack. I mostly use the clean mode, but when my gums act up I switch to sensitive and the pressure light keeps me honest. Three weeks in, I still have not recharged and it shows plenty of battery. No app to fuss with which I really appreciate in the morning.

Bought this for my dad who refuses to read manuals. He figured it out right away, picked the daily mode, and he’s been happy. He says his gums don’t tingle anymore afterward. The battery went through his whole fishing trip with no charging which made him laugh because his phone never lasts.

After three weeks I can say this is the easiest routine upgrade I made this year. The handle has a nice grip, not slippery with toothpaste, and the feedback light taught my 10 year old to stop mashing the bristles. We keep the charger in a drawer and only plug in on Sundays which is convenient since the battery holds up. I swap to the firm head on days I eat lots of snacks and it feels like a deeper scrub without hurting. My breath stays fresher in the morning now.

I have braces and this has made the routine much easier. The smaller vibrations reach between brackets better than my old brush and I can tell when I’m pressing too hard because the light kicks in and the feel changes slightly. I use the gentle mode around the wires and a stronger one on the chewing surfaces. My orthodontist noticed less buildup at my last visit. The battery has not died once since the first charge.
