When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Swapped from a different brand because I kept overbrushing and getting sore spots. The pressure light here nudges me to ease up and I actually listen. I like that there are five modes but I mostly bounce between clean and polish. The handle has a slight grip that doesn’t slip in wet hands. Battery life matches the description and I charged once in about three weeks of twice a day use. Overall a solid upgrade without added clutter.

My teen and I share the handle with different heads and it works great for both of us. He prefers the strong mode and I stick with clean or white depending on coffee days. The pressure sensor blinks when he goes wild which is honestly the only thing that finally got him to stop scrubbing. Battery life is solid and the charger fits in a small bathroom outlet. Our dentist noticed less plaque at our last visit.
