When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

After a month with this device I’m honestly impressed with how easy it fits into my morning routine. I use the clean mode before work and the sensitive mode at night. The pressure sensor blinks at me when I get careless which has saved my sore gums. Battery life is better than my old brush and I like that the charger is small. I called support to ask about replacing heads and they answered right away and pointed me to a subscription, no pushiness. The brush itself feels solid and not slippery even with wet hands. I’ve tried three modes and the whitening one helps a bit with tea stains. The timer nudge keeps me honest on the back teeth. After a month my gums don’t bleed anymore which is a win for me.
