When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Had this for a month and the routine is simple now brush two minutes twice a day and do not press like a maniac. The gentle buzz when I overdo it is like a friendly tap on the shoulder. Results wise my breath is better in the morning and I am not seeing the little red lines on my gums.

The first charge lasted me almost a month brushing twice a day which blew my mind a bit. The brush feels balanced in hand and the buttons are easy to hit even with toothpaste on my fingers. I like the subtle pause that tells me to move to the next area so I am not guessing if I spent enough time.

I tried the firm head on coffee stain days and the rest of the time use the soft head and I love having that option without buying extras right away. The modes are real not gimmicky and my breath stays fresher through my morning meetings. My sister borrowed it once which is weird I know but she immediately ordered one for herself.

After a week my mouth felt different in a good way like smoother and less fuzzy in the morning. The deep clean mode surprised me the first time because it is strong but not harsh and I actually learned I used to scrub way too hard. The little alert when I press down too much keeps me honest and my gums stopped feeling sore.
