When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I was worried it would be too strong but the gentle mode with the soft head is perfect in the mornings. After coffee I switch to a deeper setting and it really feels like that dentist clean polish. No app to set up which I love because I’m over pairing things. The pressure feedback has curbed my bad habit of scrubbing, and my gum line looks less angry. Build feels solid, easy to rinse off, and the case clicks shut tight for travel.

Our teen has sensitive gums and was nervous about power brushes, but the soft head with the gentle mode eased her in. She actually brushes longer now because the vibration is comfortable and the light tells her when she is pressing. We tossed it in the travel case for a soccer tournament and it stayed clean, which as a parent is a small miracle. Simple product that does what it says.

Switched from a cheaper electric that rattled my fillings and this one feels smoother. I like that it pauses slightly to tell you when to move to the next section, helps me not zone out. I did contact support to ask about replacement heads and they replied the same day with a link, which was nice. The travel case snaps shut tight and fits in my backpack without popping open. Only tiny gripe is I wish the indicator light was a tad brighter in my dim bathroom but it’s not a deal breaker.

Cleans fine but the travel case latch is a little fiddly and I keep opening it the wrong way. Also wish the light was less bright at 6am, kinda wakes me up too fast.

Cleans fine but the travel case latch is a bit fiddly and the light is hard to see in bright rooms. I wish it remembered my last mode every single time, sometimes it seems to reset and that’s mildly annoying.

I switched from a basic manual brush after my hygienist suggested a sonic one, and this device has been great for my routine. The five modes are truly useful because I can start on sensitive when I wake up and then use the deeper clean at night after dinner.
