When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

First week using this device and I can tell my brushing has improved. The little alert that kicks in when I press too hard made me realize I was really jamming the brush on my gums. I switched between the gentle and clean modes and now my mouth feels fresh without that sore feeling. Battery came half charged out of the box and I topped it up once, still going strong after 10 days. The medium head is my sweet spot and it clicks in firmly.

My old electric brush felt clunky and I never used the app anyway, so the simple buttons on this are a relief. I ordered it after seeing a friend’s and I’m glad I did. The quadrant pauses keep me honest so I don’t skip the back molars. I gave this to my mom who has sensitive gums and arthritis in her hands. The grip is comfortable for her and the gentle mode with the soft head has been kind. She likes the little pauses that tell her to switch sides. I borrowed it once on deep clean mode and it felt very thorough. We both appreciate that it just works out of the box.
