When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I’m a night shift nurse and forget to charge things all the time, but this device keeps going. I toss it in the included case with an extra head for my locker and it hasn’t turned on by itself once. The vibrations are strong without that harsh buzzing that makes my face itchy. I can feel the difference around my back molars where stuff always hides. Feels like I’m actually cleaning better without thinking too much.

I have braces and was worried the vibration would be too strong, but the soft head and gentle mode are perfect. It still gets around the brackets and my mouth feels cleaner than with my old brush. The built in timer breaks the mouth into sections so I don’t cheat the molars. I charged it once on Sunday and it’s still green on Friday. Took it in the included case to a weekend trip and nothing fell out.
