When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

My dentist told me to go easier on my gums and this helped a lot. The pressure light comes on when I start to push and it buzzes in a way that reminds me to relax. I like the built in two minute routine and the little pauses between quadrants keep me from rushing. Cleaning the brush is simple and the charging stand doesn’t take up much space on my tiny sink. First impressions were good right out of the box. The handle has a soft texture that doesn’t slip with wet hands, and the heads click on tight. I like that they included soft, medium and firm so I could test what felt right. The medium head with the daily mode is my sweet spot. The pressure guide helped me stop grinding the bristles into my gums. It’s not super loud either, more of a soft buzz, and the charger is small enough for my tiny bathroom shelf.

Customer service answered a question about replacement heads within an hour which was a nice surprise. Setup was basically charge it and go, no app or account needed which I appreciate. The real time pressure feedback flashes just enough to get my attention without being annoying. I rotate the heads depending on how my gums feel and that flexibility keeps me using it every day. Solid toothbrush for the price.

I’m that person who drinks iced coffee all day and stains easily. After a month my front teeth look a bit brighter and I’m not seeing that yellow line near the gums. The handle is comfortable and the button is firm enough that it doesn’t click on by accident. It also stands upright without wobbling which is a weird thing I care about. Happy with it so far and would buy again for my sister.
